Is Immerion Casino Legit?

There’s certainly some evidence that Immerion Casino is trustworthy and that it pays players quickly. But sadly, there’s even more to suggest you should proceed with extreme caution.

Immerion seems to be operating without a licence. I’ve read reviews suggesting it’s run by Goodwin N.V. of Curaçao, but I cannot find anything to prove this. The website doesn’t even mention an operator or license.

That’s a real concern, especially when you look at consumer feedback sites. Trustpilot, for instance, had 201 Immerion Casino reviews when researching this guide. A staggering 64% of them awarded just one star, and the overall Trust Score was just 2.2 out of 5.

License and Regulation

Even if Immerion does have a Curaçao licence, which I don’t believe it does, that wouldn’t be worth very much. 

It would imply a degree of financial and regulatory oversight, but the Curaçao Gaming Authority is currently in disarray. The entire board resigned in October 2025.

In addition, a Curaçao licence doesn’t mean a casino can accept registrations from wherever it likes. The site’s Ts&Cs name 65 countries where registration is forbidden, but they put the onus on the player not to join.
